We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

We provide detailed measurements for each item and are always happy to answer questions before purchase. If you’re unsure, please reach out through our Contact page. We’re glad to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt through the form on our Contact page.

Please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

We may follow up by email to request photos or any additional details needed to review your claim.

Once approved, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds Or replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where:

• the item is damaged

• the item is mislabeled

• the wrong item was received

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• incorrect sizing

• change of mind

• ordering errors
